Variation and Change

Every weekday you do a different exercise and summarize it in a big arc on Saturday. You repeat this from week to week with new videos.

You feel enlivened and you soon have the feeling of moving freely and self-determinedly through the basically infinite cosmos of these exercises.

Your breathing and circulation become stronger. Because this is an expression of your overall constitution, you feel more and more at home in yourself. Whatever comes, there is a point and I will be able to find it and live it.

Week 1 - The First Run-through

Because the exercises convey a certain energy, it would be ideal if you find a time for doing this that best suits the exercise:

  • Yes and No in the morning, after getting up or after breakfast
  • Sympathy and Antipathy in the morning
  • Love and E after noon
  • Hope and U in the late afternoon or before dinner.
  • A-H and Devotion in the evening or before going to bed.

If your daily rhythm doesn't allow it, or if you've forgotten it, that's not a problem. Then you just do the exercises when it suits you. It is best to do it at about the same time every day.
