Monday: Yes and No

The exercise Yes and No is best done in the morning, after getting up or after breakfast. If your daily rhythm doesn't allow it, or if you've forgotten it, that's not a problem. Then you just do the exercises when it suits you. It is best to do it at about the same time every day.

It is helpful to prepare for eurythmy with the I A O attunement exercise. If helpful, use the video in Tune in section.

After the video is over, do you feel like repeating the exercise by yourself without the video? Perfect! Then do that and listen to what you experience.
