Week 1 - The First Run-through
Because the exercises convey a certain energy, it would be ideal if you find a time for doing this that best suits the exercise:
- Yes and No in the morning, after getting up or after breakfast
- Sympathy and Antipathy in the morning
- Love and E after noon
- Hope and U in the late afternoon or before dinner.
- A-H and Devotion in the evening or before going to bed.
If your daily rhythm doesn't allow it, or if you've forgotten it, that's not a problem. Then you just do the exercises when it suits you. It is best to do it at about the same time every day.
