Tips for Practice - Cycle B
When should I practice
Every weekday you do a different exercise and summarize it in a big run-through on Saturday. You repeat this from week to week with new videos.
Find out the time that suits you best. It is best to do the exercises at about the same time every day.
What do I do if I miss an exercise?
If you haven't practised in one day, the next day you continue with the exercise that you haven't done yet. You stay in the order in which it was set up and leave out the last video.
What does this structure of the exercises bring me?
You feel enlivened and you soon have the feeling of moving freely and self-determinedly through the basically infinite cosmos of these exercises. Your breathing and circulation become stronger. Because this is an expression of your overall constitution, you feel more and more at home in yourself. Whatever comes, there is a point and I will be able to find it and live it.
