Structure
You will find here a specific sequence of five exercises to strengthen your inner resilience and resistance. This is their usual order:
- Yes and No
- Sympathy and Antipathy
- Love and E
- Hope and U
- A-H and Reverence
The exercises are then followed by a short run-through of the entire sequence.
Here - for the Vaccination Guide - we have combined them in a special order. It's like the letters in a word. If you change the order of a few letters, you have a different word with a different meaning. With eurythmy the body understands this and reacts to it.
The reason for this structure will follow. But maybe you will figure it out for yourself through your own experience.
What do I do if I have missed an exercise?
If you haven't practised one day, the next day you continue with the exercise you haven't done yet. Stay in the order of the structure and leave out the last run-through video.
How do I benefit from this structure of exercises?
You make the exercise more and more your own from day to day. Over time, you realize that it is not just an exercise, but you are connecting to something that is deep inside you. This connection becomes more and more natural and diverse and becomes a resource that you can call upon as needed.
