How should I best practice
In the first week and only if it feels good to you, you practice the seven variations of exercise Love and E (one exercise a day). Try to emphasize the third phase, which is the "being streamed through from behind". This warms the body and helps it to find itself again.
After that you move forward and practise the exercises Sympathy and Antipathy, Love and E, Hope and U.
When you are really feeling good again, you can start with a run-through of the whole series of the five central Eurythmy therapy exercises: Yes and No, Sympathy and Antipathy, Love and E, Hope and U, A-H and Reverence. This will help you regain control of your everyday life again and may be even help you experience it in a new way. Our Run Through sections also add a couple of new exercises to the flow, so you won't just run through of what you have practice so far.
