Tranquillity and Relaxation

Here you can do the exercises in a relaxed manner and immerse yourself in its flow and context.

Because this brings a lot of tranquillity and relaxation, we usually recommend doing only one practice day per week during this phase, preferably on Saturday, and taking six weeks for this cycle. If you want to work at a more vigorous rhythm, you can do three passes a week and be done in two weeks.

We advise against daily practice in this phase, letting go is an essential part of this cycle.

The videos take about 30 to 40 minutes with small breaks. During them you can also stop the video and take time to sit down and listen. After a session, you should take about 15 minutes to rest, ideally even to lie down so that the exercises work as deeply and persistently as possible.
